Mission|Vision

Most facets of our lives (our jobs, our friends and yes, sometimes, even, our families) involve one primary aspect; taking.  In fact, very few institutions and/or people really embrace the idea of unconditional giving.  The, ultimate, goal of “Women Paying It Forward” is to be starkly different, in this regard.  As such, we aspire to provide wholistic ministry to, both, men and to women, including, but not limited to, addressing the Spiritual, Relational, Educational, Familial, Physiological, Financial and Social needs of those who are “in need”.  In a nutshell, the, overall, vision of “Women Paying It Forward” is to “test the limits of giving!” We believe that by paying it forward we can, literally, change the course of our lives, our friends’ lives, our families’ lives, our countries’ destinies and our nations’ futures.  It sounds like a lofty goal (practically, impossible), right?  Well, we believe different!

The scriptures declare in our hearing that:

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you measure, it shall be measured unto you. – (Luke 6:38)”

As such, we are, thoroughly, convinced that if (and when) we give to those who are in need, the Lord (in His infinite wisdom, mercy and grace), will return the favor!  In this regard, the Lord, Himself, will “pay it forward.”  Sometimes, He will use those to whom we’ve given in the past. Sometimes, He will use those to whom we will give in the future.  Sometimes, He will use, mere, strangers.  Whatever the case, He WILL (always) bless those who are a blessing to others.  And, although this is not our, ultimate, goal with “Women Paying It Forward”, it, certainly, is a nice little bonus.

Overall, our mission is not to, somehow, communicate our perfection to those we serve, but to rather freely give to others that which has been freely given to us.  Thus, we wholly embrace the sentiments of the Apostle Peter when stating;

“I do NOT have silver and gold (speaking symbolically of that which has no impurities), but what I do have (speaking symbolically of the anointing of God on his life and of his complete resolve to help others), I GIVE to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!” (Acts 3:6)

So, we pray that you will, both, pray for us and, even, make a commitment to join us as we “test the limits of giving”!

Give what, you ask?

Give hope!  Give faith!  Give forgiveness!  Give sustenance!  Give provision! Give opportunity!  Give Christ!  Give knowledge!  Give rest!  Give relationship!  Give intimacy!  Give community!  Give friendship!  Give acceptance!  Give support!  Give empowerment!  Give love!  Give just plain ‘ole HELP!

From the Leadership of those who are committed to “paying it forward”…
