Pastor Rich Etta Weathersbee

Pastor Rich Etta Weathersbee is from Flint, Michigan but currently resides in Allen, Texas. She is the daughter of Adell Henderson Sr. (Deceased) and Bobbie Henderson-Payne (Deceased). She is married to Cordell Weathersbee Sr. (30 years) and through their union they have five beautiful children Cordell II, Coretta (Deceased), Shaunice, Le Tasha, and Jade. She is a U.S. Navy Veteran serving 13 years Active Duty and 4 years Reserves.

Pastor Rich Etta has completed two Master of Arts Degrees at Dallas Baptist University in Christian Ministries -Chaplaincy (MACM) 2012 and Christian Education (MACE) 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Communications at Dallas Baptist University (2006), and received her Associates of Arts & Science Degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute(2003). She also completed 2 years of Residency (8 Units) of Clinical Pastoral Education at Baylor University Medical Center where she served 8.5 years as the Regional Staff Chaplain overseeing 8 Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospitals located in Aubrey, Murphy, Rockwall, Keller, Burleson, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, and Colleyville Texas.

Pastor Rich Etta received her Ecclesiastical Endorsement and serves as an Endorsed Chaplain for the Baptist General Convention of Texas. She is certified in the following areas: Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Certified Chaplain Coach, and National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA).

Pastor Weathersbee received her ministerial license at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, VA (1999), She received her Ordination at Fellowship Baptist Church (2006) located in Allen, TX, and currently serves as Senior Pastor of Breaking of Bread Church located in Richardson, TX.

She is a Published Author, Award Winning Internet Radio Talk Show Host at Fish Bowl Radio Network, CEO/Founder/President of N2NE (In Tune) Youth Mentoring Program, Inc. 501(c) 3 Non-Profit organization, and CEO/Founder/Publisher of N2NE (In Tune) Youth Magazine located in Richardson, Texas
