Pastor A. L. Sneed II is the Pastor, Teacher and Organizer of the
South Austin Community Church (SACC). His spiritual roots began at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Austin, TX where his biological and spiritual father is the Pastor. He confessed and received the Lord Jesus Christ as His Savior and Lord at the age of 5, acknowledged a call into the gospel preaching ministry at the age of 7 and preached his first sermon at the age of 8.
On June 5, 1998, he was blessed to marry his high school sweetheart, Viviana. First Lady Viviana Sneed was a faithful and dedicated servant at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church while there with her husband. Her love, loyalty and devotion to the Lord continued as her husband was called to his first pastorate. Lady V, has maintained a servant’s heart and continues to be about the work of the ministry even in her elevated position. She’s a hard worker and laborer in the ministry, demonstrates a meek and loving spirit, and is willing to do whatever she can for her Pastor, her church and her Lord. She is a caring wife, compassionate mother and committed servant of the Lord! Lady V is an intricate part and plays an invaluable role within SACC. Pastor and Lady V are the epitome of a blessed marriage in ministry! They’ve been blessed with 2 God-Fearing, Fun-Loving Children, Trey & Victoria!
Pastor has labored in many facets of ministry within the church, ranging from serving as Sunday Bible School Teacher, Evangelism Coordinator, Youth Pastor, Ministry Overseer, Board of Director of the Young Ministers Fellowship and Vice Moderator of the Austin Baptist Association. He currently serves as Co-Founder of The Next Level Ministry Fellowship (NLMF), The Next Level Pastor Network & Co-Host the annual Next Level Leadership Conference (NLLC). He is the sole Founder of the Berean Bible Academy, which launched in 2012. Amongst family and full-time ministry responsibilities, he is a bi-vocational SHRM-CP/PHR Certified-Senior HR Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin.
In March 2004, the Lord called him to serve as Pastor at the Antioch Community Church in Buda, TX. God used him tremendously as an instrument to help restore and revitalize the people of God and work of the ministry in that community. In August 2006, God spoke to Pastor concerning a church to serve the South Austin vicinity and the surrounding areas. Upon that Word, he officially resigned as Pastor in Buda and in October 2006, God led him to plant and organize the South Austin Community Church! Under his leadership, the ministry has grown holistically ALL BY THE GRACE OF GOD! Pastor Sneed has a great love for people and a passion for souls! Truly, God has blessed, gifted & anointed Him to communicate the Word of God through the Power of the Holy Ghost. His spirit of humility and heart for God is evident to all! In June 2005, Pastor graduated from the Austin Baptist Bible Academy and received a Degree in Pastoral Ministry. He has and will continue his Christian, Biblical, Ministerial, Leadership Education and Theological Teaching, Training & Learning!

He has received numerous awards, acknowledgments and accolades but each has been graciously received and graciously released unto the LORD & all to the Glory of God!
