Janice Johnson Shephard, is a marketplace minister, motivational speaker, lecturer and co-founder of Couples Connect International Ministries. She holds a Masters of Theology from Oral Roberts University, Bachelors of Biblical Studies, from Austin Theological Seminary, and two Certifications in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and Organizational Development, from the University of Texas.
With over 20-years of executive experience in academic, nonprofit and faith-based environs, Janice combines leadership expertise, and revelatory insights to catapult the spiritual trajectory of faith-based and secular audiences, in New Creation realities.
Janice has lived, ministered and worked abroad in 11 different countries for extended periods of time. Her last overseas stay of 3-years was to Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies.
Janice is happily married, and currently works at the University of Texas, as a Senior Field Trainer, on a statewide technical support team that is tasked with improving the academic, economic, and college access outcomes of over 10,000 underserved youth and families
