Sister Celeste Alleyne

Sister Celeste Alleyne-Pierce was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. She gave her life to the Lord at seven years old while attending a Christian sleep away Summer camp. It was during her time at camp that she first learned John 3:16 and memorized numerous bible verses. During her early teenage years, she was faced with numerous obstacles and challenges that pushed her to seek a greater relationship with the Lord through prayer.
Celeste is a worshipper and intercessory prayer warrior. She believes in pressing into the presence of God. Since childhood Celeste has served in various areas of ministry such as a choir member, choir director, youth ministry leader, and an exhorter of the word. Her motto is ’Lord I want to be a vessel of honor prepared for the master’s use’ based on 2 Timothy 2:20-21: “But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.”
After receiving confirmation from the Lord, Celeste, her husband (Randy) and sons (Jarell & Jared) relocated from New York City to Kyle, Texas in July 2016. This leap of faith was answered prayer and allowed the family to be reunited with their beloved son, James.
Celeste worships at Word of Life Christian Faith Center in Buda, Texas under Pastor James Jacobs and First Lady Louise Jacobs. She serves as women ministry leader, change of life classes teacher and altar worker.
